Returns – Sudara

Returns are part of life.

We hope you love every single, freedom-filled SUDARA product you ever purchase, but do understand that sometimes for one reason or another, it just needs to be sent back.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for items which are unwashed, unworn, and their original bag (if applicable), for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. If you are requesting a refund, just make sure it is done so within 30 days of purchase.
If you wish to exchange your product, we will issue you an e-gift card which can be used to select your preferred size/print.
To ensure timely processing of your return, please include a copy of your original Order Receipt, marked with the reason for the return, and ship the item(s) to:

Once we receive your return, we will refund the credit card used to make the purchase, and send a receipt to the email provided on the original order. (Refunds will typically appear within 3-5 business days from the date we receive the returned item(s). Please check with your card's issuer for questions about availability of funds.)

Incorrect or Defective products inquiries

Please note: Inconsistencies in some prints are part of the textile printing process, and contribute to the uniqueness of each pair. Please check the item's description for more information about the specific nature of each product. However if for any reason you feel the product you received is defective, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us HERE.  Someone from our team will contact you directly to make special arrangements for the return.
