Returns – Sudara

Returns are part of life.

We hope you love every single, freedom-filled Sudara product you ever purchase, but do understand that sometimes for one reason or another, it just needs to be sent back.
  • Should you need to Cancel your order, please email us (info@sudara.org) or call us (541-647-2459) as soon as possible. During the holiday season, we typically ship your items the same day; we are unable to cancel a shipment 12 or more hours after you place the original order.  

  • To return an item: For the holiday season, we are happy to accept returns within 60 days from your order date.  After January 25th, you will have 30 days to return your items for a full refund or exchange. All items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original packaging (i.e. tags and drawstring bag). Please include your packing slip and indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange and your reason for the return.  If you don’t have your packing slip, please include a note in your return package that details your contact information, order number and preference on return/exchange. You may download our return form here.

  • For a refund, once we receive your items, we will issue a credit to your original form of payment. Refunds will typically appear within 3-5 business days from the date we receive the returned item(s). Please check with your card's issuer for questions about availability of funds.

  • For an exchange, once we receive your items, we will issue you an electronic gift card (in the amount of your items) that will arrive in a separate email.  You will then be able to go to our website (sudara.org) and order your replacement items.

Incorrect or Defective products inquiries

Please note: Inconsistencies in some prints are part of the textile printing process, and contribute to the uniqueness of each pair. Please check the item's description for more information about the specific nature of each product. However, if for any reason you feel the product you received is defective, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us HERE.
